The fact is that humans have such a physiological feature as circadian rhythms. Scientists have found in numerous studies that prolonged exposure to or observation of cold shades of light (blue, blue) upsets the biological circadian rhythm, leading to problems falling asleep. Therefore, like the f.lux computer program, Twilight softens the light of the screen of mobile devices, gradually turning them into red-orange shades in the evening and at night.
